Foundation Marie is a home serving children of all ages who were orphaned, abandoned or neglected in Haiti. The late Founder, Alberte Silvera, made it her life mission to do everything possible to help the children of Haiti. Alberte left her life in the United States to provide a helping hand and open an orphanage for the children of Haiti. The orphanage provides healthcare, education and an overall better quality of life for the children.

Prim & Prosper, Inc. was able to visit the orphanage, provide Christmas gifts to the children and play some soccer with them. It was such an eye-opening and heartfelt visit because we were able to experience first-hand the joy and excitement of the children, witness the care they provide and hear some of the stories from the Director of challenges and triumphs the orphanage faces. We learned that the orphanage needs additional support with education. The home is struggling to finance a quality education for the children. For only $222 USD, a child's will be able to attend school for a year.
